If you are talking pre-71, they include the pump with mounting brackets, correct crank pulley,pressure and return hoses,2 cylinder to control valve hoses, bracket which holds hoses to frame/motor mount, steering rack with control valve on end(includes inner and outer tie rod ends,adjusters sleeves and center link with attached control valve), idler arm, power steering cylinder, correct ratio steering box with correct pitman arm and bracket which attaches end of cylinder to frame rail(to convert you will need the special nuts which also slip into frame rail that this bracket bolts too).The 71 to 73 Mustangs utilize a Saginaw style steering box, instead of the rack style that the early cars used..
