I welded the Branda roll bar into the 65 fastback, but had to cut into the side panels for the supports. Gordon classics did an awesome job at this but now I cannot put the fiberglass rear shelf in without cutting that around the bars. Anyone got any ideas, preferably with pics?
Thanks

Even the original cars had to notch the shelf... I've seen square cuts (I didn't care for, and deep 'C' cuts which is the best you can do. Save the pieces, attach a backung that's an inch wider, and glue or screw them inti place to fill the couple of inches between the bar and side panel.
