Having a problem with tail lights, brake lights, and signals. Brake lights are brighter on right side. tail light is brighter on left side. the car is a 69 mach 1. it has all new wiring. new tail light harness, new head light harness, new under dash harness, new circuit board, new head light switch, new turn signal switch assembly. also changed the bulbs. don't know where else to look. could there be a ground problem somewhere?

Check to be sure that the bulbs are installed correctly, not canted to one side because that is possible if it has gotten installed 180° from where it should be , and that you have a good ground between the tail light bucket and the body of the car. Are you by any chance using LED bulbs?

Be sure to always check the grounds to the lights in the rear with issues like this. And by checking, I really mean to remove the ground wire, clean the ends and connection points, then re-install. Don't just check that the attachment is tight. It is always good to remove grounds, clean, and re-install as a general practice. Good grounds are necessary for proper voltage.
