I would like to install my nos power booster this week-end on my 68 I-6 vert. drum brakes. My question is, do I have to replace the Proportioning Valve? I don't see why but can't seem to be able to find the answer in search. Any problems with this converstion?

Do you mean distribution block? Only disk brakes had a porporting valce. You distribution block will be the same for standard or power drums. It would be different if you wer going from drum to power disk brakes.
