trying to find lenth of standard Australian 351C push rods,
are they same as USA 351C p-rods? thanks

As long as the cylinder heads haven't been milled too far down...I would say yes, best way to find out is to measure with a pushrod length finder.
and make sure to add .041inches for the compressed head gasket.

Thanks for the comeback I do not have the equipment to test a push rod lenth the ones I have came with new lifters from the USA my friend brought them for me. trying to decide if I have standard size or overlenth p-rods for my Australia 351C it is adjusted by p-rod lenth .I am trying to eliminate a massive vacuum leak thinking that p-rods are not letting valves close , comments welcome my p-rod lenth are 21.3 cm. Thanks Duncan stuck in a rice paddy in thailand. ::
