There have been a few rear disc brake kits on Ebay lately that are suppose to be a direct bolt on for the early Mustang. I have heard about the Explorer kit, but what are the ones that have been on the auctions lately?
Example item # 2487854539
Is this a crown vic item that will bolt on, or are these Explorer parts?
I have heard that the Explorer kit will only fit newer large bearing axles.
Is there anyone that knows the answers on these kits?
Thanks all
Troy

I have explorer disks on mine, i bought them through Currie, same place I bought the rear end. It is a very nice kit, I think you need a special bracket to make them work with a non-currie rear. You may be able to call Currie and see what the kit will fit.........

Hey, thanks everyone. If the kits are crown vic units that bolt right on as they claim, then why hasn't anyone been talking about them?
