I have a 1967 Mustang with a 289. The car is an Automatic, AC car, with powersteering. Recently the car has been getting hot so I decided to switch to a 24" 2 core aluminum radiator with an electric fan from Cold Case. When I went to install the radiator it became obvious there wasn't enough clearance between the fan and the water pump snout. I decided to buy the Ford Performance Shorty Water Pump and the VMF pulleys.

Can someone confirm I purchased the correct pulleys? Also the Ford Performance Water Pump mentions it must be used with " the 4-bolt, long-style 3.950 in. harmonic damper. " Is this something that is standard on the car already or do I need to purchase it? If so can someone point me in the correct direction?

Thank you in advance,
-Azure.

Yep, that's it. I have the same kit on my wifes 64 comet. You should be able to use any 4 bolt balancer.
