I have the quick steer arms and Tri-y's in mine. The arm still hits when the wheels are on the ground. While your at it, Cobra Automotive sells a rollerize spring perch which really helps take the bind out of the front end.

Relative to suspension set ups for the track, I'd try as stiff as you can handle up front (big bar, heavy springs and shcoks) and as low and soft as you can go in the rear. If you run slicks or shaved Bfg's, skip the rear bar.
