Billgear,

The interference your experiencing is common when running long tube headers. The quick steer kit should clear Tri-Ys though. The pitman arm should only go on one way.

The rollerized idler arm setup you mention, did you buy it from Cobra Automotive? I put one in my 66' and love it!

Good Luck!

Do I see slotted rotors and Granada brakes there?

How do you like them? Have you ever been on a track (not dragstrip)?

Have you lowered the upper control arms yet?

Very nice car.

You'll love it!

I suggest a tuneable rear swaybar and replacing the stock front strut rods with the heim jointed ones sold by Cobra Automotive. Get the ability to control understeer with rear swaybar, strut rods make it very stable under hard braking
