IIRC, that leaves Daniel Schorr as the last of the CBS "Edward R. Murrow" generation. They were all supurb journalists, back when that word really meant something, and not just some unedited lone ranger yammering on in front of a computer. RIP

He was the icon of Trust, when it still meant something.
