Hello -

Anyone have any good suggestions for / experiences with a radio restorer? I'm trying to decide whether to put my '66 AM radio back to stock or go with the "hidden" AM/FM conversion.

Hi, you might try Gary at http://www.gate.net/~gtayman/

I will be sending him my Am/Fm from my 66 T'bird, Am/8-track from my other 66 T'bird, and my Am/8-track from my 66 Mustang soon.

I haven't had any other work done yet by him, but I've talked to him and I have several friends who have had their radios restored or converted to Am/Fm as you mentioned. They have all been very pleased with his work.

Tell him Doug from Thunderbird City sent ya!
