Hey All,
Did a 69 San Jose Mach 1 with an AM/FM stereo have a radio suppressor /capacitor at the voltage regulator? Going concourse. :)

I'm sure that every Ford with a 1G alternator had one. Look for a wiring diagram.

I think all had radio suppressors if they came with a factory radio. That's what was done in 1967 to my knowledge.

Wasn't sure with it being a AM/FM stereo. Does anyone have a pic as to how it was mounted on a 69? Not a lot of room above the voltage regulator.

That's because it mounts below the VR.

Ahhhh... What is that to the left of the voltage regulator with the two wires attached to it?
