I am ready to replace the rear Frame Rails complete on my 65
conv. I will need to replace the floor pans where the brakeline
is in the groove. Last but not least I will need to replace the
Quarter panels. The trunk where the frame rails are welded
appear to be solid. What do I tackle first etc. Thanx ::

I would say the rails. I like to get things done from the inside out.

Rail first then tie in the floors.Keep in mind that the floors of a mustang are what holds the entire car together. The car must be sitting correct when this is done or you have a fubared frame work.Measure and cross measure the car several times in the process.A quarter of an inch is about as close as can be expected to correct. If you are off adjust.A really big hammer can help.Good luck and bring it back ALIVE!!!!!!!!
