Reading spark plugs

Pulled #1 spark plug and it is a ash color, is this to hot of a plug or just right. Have autolite 45 in right now. Also what kind of plug wires do yall use?

Sounds good to me, I use 8mm wires from Autozone /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

I'm saving to get a good set of Accel wires. As soon as I get a new spark box!

Already spending money I don't have......
