Any links to webpages or articles on converting a rear drum brake system to a rear disc brake system for a 69 mustang?

I believe Mustang Monthly did an article a couple months back on a Versailles swap, but I can't remember which month... I'll go through my stack later and see if I can't find it.
PS-Good to see you kept that 429!

I ordered the Aerospace Components kit from Jegs for $400.

Talking to Aerospace Components directly they did not recommend this kit for a daily driver. However they sell similar kits that can be used daily.

I don't care for the Versailles swap. Price new rotors/calipers etc. for it and then reconsider.

Oops old tag. Nah I traded it for a completely machined, cleaned and ready to go 351W .... its a first time around for me so I'm going to go with the engine that came out. The car I bought has everything, even bellhousing, so its pretty much plug and play (famous last words) ...
