Here is a couple pix. Don't know if they are "correct", but they are the ones that came with my '65 when I bought it.

Rear seat belts were not standard until 1966, optional on the 65. They would have a clamshell buckle identical to the front unless you have Deluxe belts with front retractors and a push-button buckle.

You are right. My car is a early 65 and the covers on the buckle are black similar to the black interior.

Ebay is a good source of new and used seatbelts to complete the look. You can find the correct buckles and easily have new black webbing installed to make them as good or better than brand new.

Rear seat belts in a 65 were the 64 eye bolt style. I had a 65 GT convert with rears and both front & rear were the deluxe style- fronts were 13/16 chrome bolt and rears were eye bolt. We assumed they were ordered that way, as the anchor points were factory looking.
