Rebuilding 289 after getting rod knock

As the title says, i got rod knock on my 289.

I have a 66 mustang with a c code 289 that the previous owner stuck a mild cam(just more duration)into, and bored the pistons 40 over.

Im planning on rebuilding the engine woth forged insides and im wondering how much do you think it would cost for this. It'll be awhile before I can have it rebuilt but until then i want to have an end goal for how long I should save for.
