Has anyone been to the "Thirty-Third Don Hoenig's Swap Meet and Flea Market", it's located at the Thompson International Speedway in CT? Runs two days Nov 6/7. It's advertised in Hemmings as "1,000 vendors, 100 acres, thousands attend, space available first come, first served, rain or shine; Thompson International Speedway; 7 am-5 pm"

Thanks John

It is the last hurrah of the flea market season but a great one. Most vendors are working out of their pickups and are cleaning out before winter. It dosen't have the civil war emcampment feel of stafford springs but is real laid back. No mud :) Hope to see you there

Car show this coming Sunday Sept 30th. It's being held at the Orange Fairgrounds, Orange, CT. "My Classic Car" will be filming for a national T.V. audience. They're expecting upwards of 1000 vehicles and even offer chassis dyno runs...and a shootout contest for highest horsepower. Several of my pals met through Mostly Mustangs in Hamden will be there ... the most unreal SCJ Mach, Boss'9, '69 428 Shelby, and a 71 Hemi Charger. Magazine quality or better but these guys could care less...
