Greetings all,
I need to replace the fuel tank and sender in a '65 fastback. Are the various replacement tanks/senders offered from Mustang vendors the same or, are certain ones better than others?
Thanks.

If you do much driving, you ,ay want to use the 70 tank - 22 gal. It drops right in and you use the 70 sending unit for a correct fuel reading. You have to saw off 2" of the filler neck and the hose slips right back on. You will lose about 2" in the bottom of the trunk, as the tank sticks up 2", but you have a 50% increase in your driving range.
