I'm talking about the arm that connects the wipers to the motor... How in the world do you get it off? I un screwed the arm from the blades but have no idea how to un bolt it from the motor. I tried all weekend and need to see a psychiatrist. But he doesn't understand, he drives an audi.

You don't. Just remove the clip from the end of the motor arm, and the rods slide right off.

Thanks. Are you saying remove the 2 arms that connect to the piece pictured? The replacement piece comes with the piece you posted so I figured that would be removed as well

You can, but it's not essential. Nice to have new bearing shaft on the wiper motor arm, though.

And don't lose the clip that holds the arms! You'll hate yourself!
Well, annoyed, maybe, they are $3 each.

I already hate myself for various reasons that have nothing to do with this car.
Thanks for the help though, I'll get under there this weekend.

I think NPD sells the clip if you mess it up.
