The Australian company was called Mica Industries (www.micaindustries.com.au) but is no longer in business.

Mustangs Unlimited used to sell them but not sure if they still do.

This Australian company lists them, but shown out of stock. Prices are in AUD so you would need to convert to USD. I have used these guys before and they are pretty good. Pricey, but good.
