I like NAPA's house brand.
+1 - the NAPA brand comes in white, gray and black, and in a can if you want to brush it on, or a caulk tube. It is also paintable, and seems to be easier to spread and work with than some of the other brands I have used.

I've used the 3M Fast & Firm 8505.

Transtar sealers

They do not crack like 3M...and last for years and years..easy application too.
