I would like to replace my front seats with more confertable seats, what mustang seats would be a direct bolt on or easy to install?

83-86? 87-93? 94-98? 99-01?

As I understand you can use almost any late model seat. A simple solution to putting it in a 67 is using the 67 seat tracks and bolting those onto the late model seat. I believe you have to drill an extra hole in the seat though, as to have a front and rear bolt. Hope this makes sense.

Agreed. I just purchased some seats from a 1990 Mustang Conv. I just removed the seat tracks from my old '67 seats and welded a spacer on the tracks to fit the hole pattern on the new seats. I guess I could of just drilled another hole in the seat, but felt like making the job difficult. Now I need to get over the re-covering cost shock! (bought red seats, need to make them black).

Good luck

I had to redrill both front and back holes to mount a '67 track to a '94 GT Seat. But, oh they feel soooooo good.
