I want hi-backs in my '66, I want them to match the fabric on the '66 rear seat and I want them to bolt in. Locally, there's a pair of '71 hi-back seats but from what I can tell replacement seat upholstery featuring the Comfort-Weave material isn't available for them. However it is available for the '69-70. Is that about right? If I want hi-backs but wish to match somewhat closely the Comfort Weave I'll have to use the '69-70?

Lots of people have swapped in other stuff and suppose you could have custom upholstery done but you can get the TMI Sport or TMI Sport II seats upholstered in factory standard or deluxe. Maybe pricey, but so are 69-70 hi-backs, then the upholstery.
There's something to be said for new and never farted in.
