I'd like to enter my 64 1/2 black on black D Code 289 4v 4 speed San Jose July 1964 for consideration for ROTM for September.
I found it on Mecum 2 yrs ago. It was as close as I could find to the 1964 1/2 black on black that I drove off the showroom floor in May or June of 64. yes, it was a 289 2v 3 speed that could take a mustang 4v 4 speed in 1/4 mi. Being my first new car, I had achieved the 2nd of a 17 yr Kid's three needs. One being a job, two a car, third and most important, a Girl. Bingo!!
the car maintains its original profile. motor, carb, transmission horns, generator etc.

I get I鈥檓 new and don鈥檛 meet the 20 post requirements. However, like most of you鈥 can get enough of my new addition to the family! I purchased this car off my friend after bugging him close to 20 years. Got it late July. I hope to do the majority of the rebuild myself. Anyway, here she is鈥

Sorry Randy, but I have control over stuff like that. I'm just another registered user on here. Besides, we like lots of pics. Federal Way, the only way!
