shelby quarter windows installation question.

Anybody replace the quarter windows on a 66 fastback, I am about half way through the project with my father assisting me,we have cut out the the metal behind the vents and now were trying to fit the windows, how much will that aluminum bend and do you have to cut more of the window metal out to fit the aluminum frame.

Any possibility of posting a picture of how much you've already cut? Last time we installed those the aluminum frame match up perfectly. You shouldn't have to cut out more than the template.

I don't have a digital camera, what doesn't fit is the bottom aluminum frame, it fits but not around the corners, i may need to just cut the corners down a little bit. I assume that I will need to match the hole to the aluminmum as aluminum will not bend too much.
