Pro Motorsports in sandy,utah sells a reinforcement kit. Not sure how close it is to factory installed version though. Installs fairly easy - don't remember having to grind any of the pieces to get them to fit properly

Are the kits bolt in or weld-in?

And do they install on the engine or wheel side?

Like any choices there are always different opinions. If I was building and driving such a car I would have the (as long as I'm modifying the car).

Ford found out the hard way and I don't want to repeat them.
