I need the size of the O ring that fits on the shifter arm for the C4. If you click on the video link it starts right on the video that he show the location and placement of the "O" ring.

I didn't see the kickdown O-rings listed there. As I recall most kits that have them in it offer a choice to use a plain O-ring or a "quad ring". Seems to me the quad version works a tad better.

I used to source online parts through "Bulkpart" but it seems they have vanished. I appreciate the link. Transtar only sells such as part of a larger kit.

You are correct Gypsy; the newer style quad ring is the way to go. Double the sealing area, and the ring contacts the shaft and lever where the "O" ring didn't, so it sealed on a clean unworn area.

Dimensions for the shaft seal O-ring I copied from a video: .650" OD, .381" ID

Here's the link to McMaster-Carr's O-ring page. I didn't get a hit on Quad Ring, although they do have X-rings (maybe the same thing?).

You have to buy a bag of 50 or 100, but still cheap. The dimensions above work out to about 1/8" cross-section. I didn't see one with these dimensions in their list, so I may have copied wrong.
