What causes my drivers side turn signal to blink very slowly or not at all? Passenger side blinks normally...

Somebody once told me that it means the bulb or the switch is going bad. Have you tried changing the bulb?

You have high resistance in that circuit someplace, check all the contacts in the sockets and bulbs, clean as required. That'll fix the problem.

Try replacing the cylinder-shaped flasher relay under the dash. They're really cheap and it completely cleared up my lazy turn signals.
