In the movie, Gone in 60 seconds (1974), Eleanor is a 1973 Mustang. It has the Mach grill, but what I'm really wondering about, is that it has both the turn signals next to the headlights and the turn signals in the front valance. What would be needed to do that change? Would it just be a 71-72 front valance? Because according to me, that wasnt an opinion for the 73. Am I wrong? If any of you guys could help me out with that I'd really appriciate it. Thanks

Art - You're right. It's a '71. They stuck a 73 grille on a 71. It also has a 71 pop off gas cap, 71-2 lower body paint and 71-2 bumper and turn signal lamps. Not many people notice that - including myself. A 71-3 mca judge friend pointed that out to me.
