Hey VMF,

My windshield has a lot of small specks on it which make it really difficult to see when incoming cars have bright headlights or on a really sunny day. Is there a way to get rid of them or do I need to buy a new windshield?

Are they on it, or in it? By on it, I mean is it paint or other foreign substance. By in it, I mean small chips in the glass. If the former, try various solvents with 0000 steel wool. If the latter, time for a new windshield.

Unfortunately it’s in it. I guess I need a new windshield. Thanks

New CarLite windshield and a new gasket with two tubes of 3M Bedding & Glazing Compound is still one of the best investments I ever made in my old car. Totally changes your perspective when enjoying your car.
