Are the spindles on a 67 mustang the same on a 6 cyl as 8 cyl with drum brakes all around?

In 67 6 or 8 disc or drum are all the same spindle
and the '67 drum spindle (which is also the '67 disc spindle) is the same as the '68 and '69 V8 drum spindle from what I have seen.

original question is not "are disc and drum spindles the same" its are 6cyl and 8cyl drum spindles the same, and the answer is NO, thats why most 6cyl owners upgrade to 5 bolt. As the original 6cyl "hub shaft" is weaker then its bigger 8cyl brotheren.

In 1967 there is only (one) 1 spindle it is the same for all
6 cyl, 8 cyl ,disc or drum applications

This is correct.. only 65-66 cars have two different spindle load bearing capabilities. The 66 six cyl has a weaker shaft and hub point...

At least according to the Ford Parts Interchange Manual, I really need to buy that book (again) I didnt pay attention to the later models though.
