I've read numerous complaints that SSBC is still taking orders but not fulfilling them. Based on my research, they closed their doors in late May or early June. It's sad, but not surprising- they had awful customer service and it was impossible to get replacement parts.

Not that it matters anymore, but working at SSBC apparently sucked based on the Glassdoor reviews  .

Years ago SSBC was pretty much the go-to for OEM calipers. They made their rep rebuilding calipers, with stainless steel sleeves, which is how they got the name. Then they got into conversion kits. I noticed the problem with them when they notified dealers that they would no longer rebuild calipers. That was years ago.
