It's listed as '65-66 19.9:1 ratio w/power steering. The "5" is the year, the "L" is the month I believe.

An HCC-AW steering box is a 16:1 ratio power steering box. It will be about 4 turns lock to lock.

I went and looked through several diff. books and majority rules and agrees to what prev. poster said, 16:1 '65 - early '67 p/s. (2) diff. parts indentifier books showed it 19:1 (wrong I guess), (4) other books show it 16:1. Count the turns lock to lock.
