I have a 68 convert. and the vehicle has a little vibration at higher speeds. Well, this vibration moves the steering wheel housing where the turn signal is and the hazard lights. I have removed the steering wheel to see if there are any screws to tighten up and I can't find anything. Thanks for all the help.

You might want to take a look at how close your driver side exhaust manifold is to your steering box (assume you have power steering?) My 70 convertible had a similar problem but only to the extent that hitting a bump caused a rattle in the steering. Fixed it by boosting the engine up an inch at the motor mount. Mark

Thanks for the reply. The steering column is solid. It doesn't move. The turn signal lever bounces up and down and the housing over the turn signal lever moves. The steering wheel is solid. I don't think that is my problem but I will sheck it out. Thanks.
