I have the grant woodgrain 15 in. and i love it. Although, being tall, it sometimes rubs my leg as I drive

There were 3 factory steering wheels available on the 71 Mustang. The standard wheel was a spindly 2-spoke wheel with a round center (commonly called the "Pinto" wheel because they also put it in Pintos). The middle-grade wheel was a 2-spoke wheel with a horizontal horn pad across the middle of it. The deluxe wheel was a 3-spoke rim-blow steering wheel. If you have the standard wheel either of the other two would be a big improvement. However, the rim-blow wheel is expensive.
