I plan on going with an electric fan setup and adding fog lights. Will my stock alternator handle it or should I upgrade. If upgrade is recommend what should I upgrade to? this is on 67 vert with a 69 302.

Go with a Ford 3G alternator out of a newer Mustang or Lincoln. They put out 130 amps and if you find a wiring diagram for it then you don't have to worry about electricity shortage again. Just my two cents

I upgraded my alternator to handle all the toys I have. Just use a relay that you buy with the fan, and check for power across the battery when the fan is on. Make sure you are getting at least 13.0 out of it, and you will have no problem. If not, an upgrade would be in order.

Also, don't use those straps that go through the radiator. They will eventually vibrate so much they will wear a hole in the radiator (it happened to me a month ago). SPAL makes a 16 inch that low-profile and a regular profile that should fit just about anything.
