I was road testing my car after installing a new carb and working on the tuning. When it stutters a bit off idle under full throttle, does that signify a too righ fuel mixture? There is no hesitation, it just stutters a bit like maybe its being flooded.

Sounds like it's likely an insufficient accelerator pump shot. See if there aren't different holes, or another adjustment, that will increase the shot of fuel into the throat of the carb. If you post the type and model of carb, someone should have knowledge of how to do this on your particular carb.

Street Avenger 670 on a 351c 2v with electronic ignition.
