I recently did a T-5 conversion on my 302, then decided to go with a roller block and cable clutch therefore, I have a 289/302 old style bellhousing with the adapter spacer plate, a clutch disk and pressure plate (less than 200 miles) and a clutch fork first $125 plus shipping takes um!

All you will need to complete your conversion is a crossmember and a trannie (possibly a yoke, it depends on what you're running now)!

The spacer plate alone goes $135-150 new and this one is practically new and already attached to the bellhousing!
