Found a T5 out of a 1995 cobra for sale, is this a good candidate for a transmission swap for a 69 mustang? I currently have no other parts for the swap.
You're going to need the bell housing out of the same year car. The 95 T5 input shaft is about 5/8" longer than 93 and earlier. I have I've in my 66 and I like it better as the shifter fits the factory hole perfectly and is closer to reach.
