hey thanks
A couple of questions
what does Lt. stand for - LIGHT?
what is crinkle vinyl- in this context I mean
1 dec 1966 - when did they start building 67?
would this date make it any early build?
Does being a 67 built in 66 make any difference to the car .?
I mean is it better to have a 67 built in 67 or doesn't matter squat!!

The VIN is 7R01C144597

If in doubt give it a clout

In the US, model year manufacturing starts in late August/early September and ends in late June/ early July. So a December 1966 build date is nothing unusual for a 1967 model year car. Build date makes no difference overall, unless there was a significant mid-year change that makes the car more/less desireable. Nothing like that occured in Mustangs after the 64.5/65 production run that I'm aware of.
