With the 65 A-Code vert and the Mach 1 still under restoration, the car activity this weekend was to get my '97 Camaro Z-28 30th Anniversary vert out of the garage it's been in all winter. The buyer will be here from South Carolina a week from Monday to pick it up and I need to get it cleaned and gassed up for the delivery.

So, after clearing away enough snow to get the car out I took it for it's first run since last fall. Cruising down the freeway in 6th gear doing 85 @ 1900 RPM and the car still straining at the leash like an eager puppy, I had to ask myself why I'm getting rid of it. The official answer is that I have four garages and five cars, but I sure am gonna miss it! /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif

Boy was it fun to have my foot in a muscle car again after a long, long winter! /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif
