How do you get those tension rods in the trunk i tried to get them in and they are a pain in the a$$. Also, which one goes in first, i know how they go in but i don't know which one goes first.

I posted something similar a day or two ago - everyone that responded said that there is no real trick - its just a pain in the A$$ like you said. apparently mine are in backwards and thus the trunk wont stay open. I'm thinkin' I may just leave em' that way.

I can't possibly figure out how you could have your rods in backwards; I don't see how you could get them in the other way without cutting stuff off the rods! The way the ends are bent they'll really only go in one way.

You've probably got them in just fine, but they need to be moved to further bracket openings, which is a whole lot of fun.

Further bracket openings? Its on the stiffest setting now.
