After I come home from work today, and I turned the ignition off. The car turned off, but all my accessories were still on, like my radio and my electric fan.

I thought that was odd, so I pulled the negative battery cable off the battery and it stopped the accessories. I put the cable back on, started Lottie up, and turned 'er off. Voila, no problem.

Is that just a gremlin or is it a harbinger of a larger, more expensive problem on the horizon? The ignition switch is a brand new unit.

Sounds like a worn out ignition switch. That's what I'd go after. Good luck.
