Throttle shaft bushings

What does it take to install new throttle shaft bushings on my Holley 4V 4160? My Holley manual said to have this done professionally. Is this an expensive procedure? I only paid $30 for the carb but it has been working great until the shaft started leaking.

Are you sure this is you problem. If your float level is to high it will leak out the shaft.
