Possibilities...
Fuel pump
Exhaust leak
Valvetrain
Loose spark plug
Bearing noises run at crankshaft rpm, everything else runs at half that speed....
How's the oil pressure? Is the tick more or less noticeable as the engine heats up? Or the same?
