I identified some steering slop to the u/j in the tilt wheel assembly on my 68 GT350. To get to this I needed to remove part of the assembly by pulling the pivot pins so I bought a Snap-on tools pivot pin puller. However the thread on the puller is wrong for the pin, my guess is that the puller is metric and the bore in the pin is AF. (Remember everyone that I live in metric-land, so buying US threaded kit is impossible!)
Does anyone know what the thread measurement on the pivot pin is? This way I can buy the correct die and re-thread the puller to fit.
