Is there a key that locks the small sprocket for the timing chain on the crankshaft? If so i must have lost it when I disassambled the engine.It is a 200 cid 6.Any idean what this looks like as i took the engine apart about a year ago and where i can get a replacement.

Can't recall if it's square of woodruff though...keyway for woodruff key is kinda like a half-moon in depth...the key looks like nearly half a disc

Most hardware stores will have the square stock but I prefer the harder stuff sold at industrial supply houses...they'll have a selection of woodruff keys as well.
