well today i went to NJMVS to change the title over on the car i bought last summer. It was going well until the woman saw were the crazy old lady who i bought the car from signed the title in the wrong place. (gotta love the PO's) The old woman included a letter explaining her mistake by MVS told me i have to notarize the letter, my mom works in a law office so it should take about 5 minutes to do. Also, there should be a 35 dollar fee for waiting so long to change the title, but it turns out no one filled out the date of purchase, so it just so happens i bought the car yesterday (wink wink)

thanks for all the previous advice guys!
