I have a question regarding the proper backspacing for the Torque Thrust II wheel.

I have a 1965 Mustang with a V8. I have four wheel drum. My car has been lowered 1" and I have done the upper A arm Shelby Mustang modification. There is varying estimates as to the additional drop you get from this (0 to .75 inches). I just don't know. Many people have Torque Thrust II's and have done these same modifications. Some people have 16 x 7 and some have 15 x 7 wheels. I am not sure which will would fit best.

Can anyone give me the correct part numbers for the 16 and 15 inch rims including the backspacing. Is one rim size better than the other?

Thanks

Good question. I am in the middle of trying to drop my '66 with 16x7 Torque Thrust II's (225x50x16) and I'm trying to find out if its gonna work before I do it. I don't think with my tire size that they will work...who know's though. BTW, if your interested in a set of II's I'm looking to trade mine (or sell) for a set of Torque Thrust D's.
